On March 16, 2000, the first
Katz International MBA class graduated in Prague. The United States
Ambassador to the Czech Republic, John Shattuck, gave the Commencement
Address and Jan Muhlfeit, Managing Director of Microsoft CR, served
as Keynote Speaker. The event was attended by over 100 people, including
families and friends of the graduates, CEOs and other representatives
of the graduates' companies, Pittsburgh alumni and staff, faculty and
Trustees of the CMC Graduate School of Business (Katz partner institute
in the Czech Republic).
