We are developing a subscription-based educational product (our own IT development), which we call Google for Accountants, and it makes the life of accountants easier. LET US START WITH WHAT YOU WILL GET: Guaranteed salary of 800 USD based on the interview results. KPI linked to your results from 250 to 3,500 USD per month. Access to a library of training programs worth 10,000 USD. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Experience working in an online school as a project manager, online course producer, or marketer. Experience launching courses from scratch. Experience communicating with course experts. Experience working with webinar funnels or other marketing funnels. Understanding how to interact with the sales department and which metrics to track. YOUR KEY TASKS WILL BE: Analysis. Analyzing the accounting education market in Brazil, analyzing the target audience, and finding successful product hypotheses. Speakers. Finding speakers to launch courses, forming long-term relationships with speakers. Product (courses). Working with the product department to determine the concepts of the courses being launched, planning product launches, driving the launch process, and coordinating team actions. Product (subscription service). Launching and developing a subscription service in the Brazilian market, determining the features we develop, and working with the IT PM to form the development backlog. Marketing. Creating marketing funnels that provide maximum ROMI, LTV and minimize CAC. Sales. Working with the sales department to ensure maximum conversion, average check, and revenue from implementation. Education. Working with the training department to organize the learning process and analyze product metrics.
