This funding coincides with the launch of ELSA AI Tutor, a groundbreaking feature utilizing generative AI to enhance pronunciation, grammar, and tone correction. **What Youll Be Doing:** As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in developing our education market in the Brazilian market, focusing on K12 schools . You'll manage relationships with potential and existing clients, work with the senior sales team to create opportunities, and help close sales. Your business experience, interpersonal skills, and understanding of the online education market will help you succeed in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the Brazilian education market. 2. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. 3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 4. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and how ELSA can meet them. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive attendance at ELSA events and activities. 6. Consistently and accurately track all activities using CRM tools. **Qualifications:** 1. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level). 2. BA/BS degree preferred. 3. 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or education sectors. 4. Self-driven, motivated, and a high-energy team player. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. 7. Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs preferred. 8. Strong communication skills via phone and email. 9. Proven creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills. 10.
