As a Accounting Manager USA Ops you'll be in charge of leading and overseeing the accounting and budgeting team, ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, budget and forecasting process, comprehensive financial reporting, and adherence to accounting standards and regulations. You'll be responsible for :
Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for accounting operations,
costing and financial reporting;
Manages the budget staff who are responsible for budget and forecast preparation,
analysis of actuals and deviations and reporting to the management;
Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and
budget preparation;
Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reports
results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial
reporting standards;
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that may
impact the company's financial performance;
Monitor budget performance and variance analysis to identify areas of improvement
and recommend corrective actions;
Lead and oversee monthly closing activities and financial reporting;
Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations;
coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual
external audit;
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
We are seeking a professional with the following qualifications:
BS in Accounting or Business Administration required;
Prior experience with SAP is preferred;
Senior-level experience in accounting/financial reporting, especially with USGAAP;
Fluent in English;
Previous experience living in the United States is preferred.
