As an Agency Marketing Funnel Strategist, you will primarily focus on crafting and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our E-commerce agencies (B2B) and brands (D2C). Additionally, there may be opportunities in the future to apply your expertise to the recruitment industry. Your primary objective will be to design and implement effective marketing funnels aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for E-commerce businesses. This is an hourly-based remote position. Responsibilities:
Develop tailored marketing strategies for E-commerce clients, based on thorough
research and analysis of target audience, industry trends, and competitive
landscape
Create comprehensive marketing funnels encompassing various stages of the customer
journey, from awareness to conversion and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital
marketing specialists, to execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with
client objectives
Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of marketing funnels,
leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve key performance
indicators (KPIs)
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and
E-commerce industries, and integrate relevant innovations into client strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and
recommendations to enhance their marketing initiatives and achieve business
objectives
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive
problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for E-commerce
agencies (B2B) and brands (D2C), with a track record of driving measurable results
Expertise in designing and optimizing marketing funnels, utilizing a combination
of inbound and outbound marketing tactics
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and analyze campaign
performance
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate data
insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients
Detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within
established timelines
Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends, with a
proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development
