Airswift is seeking a Sr. Contracts Analyst to work on a permanent contract with a major Oil & Gas Company in Rio de Janeiro. This professional is responsible for ensuring that the contractual requirements are met within the established budget and deadline, following all the guidelines agreed with the client. He/she must be able to identify possible deviations within the contract so that, together with the project team, he/she can take preventive action to ensure the success of the project, keeping lessons learned and good practices up to date throughout the project cycle; JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Apply process improvements to improve the activities carried out by the area; Calculating contractual escalation adjustments, when applicable; Drafting technical-commercial and technical-contractual correspondence; Filing documents proving contractual obligations; Mapping possible contractual risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them; Monitoring compliance with contractual clauses; Updating the financial figures for the project; Maintaining the organization and control of contractual documents, ensuring access to them by the entire project team; Ensuring that the invoicing procedure is complied with, monitoring and collecting the necessary evidence; Monitor the physical progress of the project, so that the cash-in of the project occurs as planned; Updating reports for fortnightly and monthly reporting to the client, maintaining an interface with the other project disciplines to check the consistency and coherence of the data shared for reporting to the client; Participating in kick-off meetings with the project team; Preparing and presenting meetings for the entire project team; JOB QUALIFICATIONS Good knowledge of the Office Package; Fluent English; Negotiation skills; Completed university degree in areas related to Exact Sciences or Law.
