Airswift is seeking a Local Content Analyst to work in a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company. Professional responsible for developing tools for analyzing and calculating CL for EPCI proposals and projects, as well as carrying out activities to obtain the information and documents required for the process. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Keeping abreast of changes in Brazilian legislation regarding the Local Content required for projects; Contacting suppliers to acquire the necessary documents for the certification process; Reviewing and sending supplier documents to the Certifier; Simulating the calculation of Local Content indices; Monitoring project costs and keeping records up to date; Organizing and maintaining files with documentation received and sent; JOB QUALIFICATIONS Complete university degree Knowledge of Brazilian legislation in relation to Local Content; Experience in calculating percentages in a Local Content Certifier environment; Analytical skills with adequate knowledge of Excel and Power BI; Communication skills considering negotiations with internal clients, suppliers and partners; Excellent organizational skills and willingness to work as part of a team; Knowledge of the cost structure of EPCI projects desirable; Intermediate/advanced knowledge of English.
