Responsibilities As  HFS/RTM Data analyst, you will report to the HFS / RTM Latam Sr. Manager and work closely with the Business units in LATAM to develop the projects related to performance improvement of the HFS and RTM and accompany in the implementation of those projects. As Data Analyst you will have 3 main responsibilities. ·         Developing full RTM.- Shared responsibility Analyze the current situation and develop initiatives Accompanied by RTM LATAM Sr. Manager. -          Analyze information and find relevant insights. a.        Get the information with the BU with the quality required and time requested. b.       Developing a good networking with the BU, to build a collaboration environment   -          Collaborate in the construction of presentations for each project related to the development of HFS/RTM (LATAM)   ·         Implementation and governance. -  Shared Responsibility accompanied by BUs RTM Manager -          Be the link between the business unit and the HFS team to facilitate communication and information exchange. -          Support the governance of the projects in each country with specific activities defined between RTM Managers (Latam and BU). -          Support with reports and information related to RTM.   ·         SQUADS.- Shared responsibility, Supporting HFS RTM coordinators. -          Set up track meetings with Squad members -          Write the minute at each meeting, read it at the end of the meeting and make a follow-up during the week.   Expertise required English speaking and written Analytical skills  High capacity to analyze and recommend Communication skills  High ability to present elevated level in Analysis tools. Excel Power Point Record Experience Available to travel Ability to work as a team. Working 2 times a week from the office (TBD location according) Having adequate space and internet to work from home
