YOUR ROLE
Support IMS maintenance for all related SHE standards, internal & external, drive
continual improvement through audit/ assessment;
Support the improvement in SHE KPIs and review KPI performance;
Support the promotion of SHE culture & Henkel sustainability agenda through
communication and training programs;
Support monitoring, implementation and maintenance of both legal and Henkel SHE
standards;
Support providing SHE governance as needed to ensure no compromise to all
applicable norms;
Support with SHE input to major projects and all related regulatory and compliance
issues;
Support the timely reporting of incidents, actions and follow up (incl. trend /
root cause analysis);
Responsible to stop and intervene any unsafe related condition/behavior;
Support internal audits in accordance to Annual Audit Plan.
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's or Master degree in Occupational Health and Safety; engineering or a
related field;
2+ years work experience;
1+ years SHE and Operations experience;
Experience with ISO14k/ 45k;
Knowledge of SHE related ISO, and other relevant guidelines;
Data literacy, data analysis;
Risk Assessment, HAZOP (recommended);
Advanced English knowledge (desired);
Problem-solving and Presentation & Training skills.
