Engineering Application Engineering Analyst Sandvik Rock Processing Brasil (Schenck Process) is looking for a professional for the position of Application Engineering Analyst to work 100% in home office model; If you are a professional focused on Security and Passion for Winning, come be part of a great Company and apply: Main responsibilities of this position: - Pre-sales activities include analyzing customers technical needs and suggesting solutions; - Create and technically analyze commercial proposals; - Explore, identify and develop new application areas as well as developing existing areas; - Post-sales activities include resolving implementation problems and conducting training; - Analyze customers technical needs, develop proposals outlining how the organizations products and services can meet these needs and be integrated with the customer's existing systems and equipment; - Respond to more complex technical questions regarding the organizations product, system or service; - Develop and deliver training to educate internal and external partners and customers on the features of their purchase; - Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation; - Develops test applications used for testing modules, including customer-specific components; - Liaise with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and installed per customer needs; Skills: Analytical Thinking, Employee Health and Safety, Good Communication; Competencies: Accountability, Knowledge in Projects Mechanical Engineering, Knowledge in Projects Mechanical Engineering Methods/Process, Focus in Manufacturing Safety; Desirable: MS Project, Datasul; Education: Graduation in Engineering or similar field (mandatory); Language: English (desirable) Sandvik Rock Processing Brasil (Schenck Process) is a global leader in applied measuring & process technologies, making processes work in all areas of industry throughout the world.
