About Us The Brazilian office is part of an international organization with units (offices and partner firms) in over 100 countries and a focus on protecting its member companies intellectual property rights on a global level. Roles and Responsibilities The selected candidate's main activities may include: Administrate data entry in the organizations management software Approve and manage external partners invoices in the system, in coordination with the Organizations finance team in Europe. Daily communication with external partner firms in Latin America, to provide instructions on new cases, and follow up on existing cases. Daily communication and meetings with colleagues from other units of the Organization, from different countries. Assist in the preparation of case reports and communication with member companies, that must be provided with responses to any queries in time. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish (interviews conducted in both languages). 1 - 3 years of demonstrated experience in an administrative position, preferably from a finance background. Excellent coordination skills and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams.
