Associate Integration Services Engineer is an entry level technical position within Infobip Integrations Engineering. The role works under the supervision of a mentor and senior team members and is primarily focused on learning how to design, develop, and integrate custom solutions for customers and Infobip products. As a 3rd line escalation point for Managed Services, the role is continually engaged in supporting custom solutions throughout their journey at Infobip. The goal of the Associate is to become a tech savvy engineer skilled with coding, databases, cloud solutions and networking. Assist the team in providing custom Integration Services to new and existing customers · Help design custom solutions and define low-level solution integration requirements · Assist in integrating Infobip Products with the customers systems (custom-scripted solutions on mGate, API, cloud platforms, SaaS etc.) · Participate in meetings with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs · Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction during integration projects Work with Managed Services team in support of custom solutions · Learn how to provide support to regional Managed Services when it comes to complex troubleshooting, ways of work, tooling, and enablement · Learn how to serve as a 3rd line support (escalation point) for the custom solutions and highly complex integrations Assist in internal product related initiatives · Participate in Product Development related discussions for all Integration Services related products · Gather and provide feedback to the team on custom integrations · Document solution integration best practices and share it with department members Focus on continuous development · Learn about best practices with coding, databases, cloud and networking technologies used in daily tasks · Gain knowledge and develop your skills through day-to-day assignments and assisting more senior team members · Learn about different functionalities released with each new product upgrade Infobip employees are people with diverse backgrounds, characteristics, and experiences that share the same passion and talent that helps us achieve our mission.
