Duties: Under the guidance of senior legal professionals, drafts, reviews, and negotiates Customer Contracts (including Master Country Agreements, Global Terms & Conditions, and Pricing Agreements). Assists Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Customer Contracts not conforming to safeguard Equinix interests and secure Sales department approval. Collaborates with various Equinix departments (e.g., sales, deal desk, finance, tax, and insurance) to devise solutions for customer requests within Equinix guidelines. Analyzes customer requests (e.g., RFQs, RFPs, RFIs), advises commercial leaders, and drafts responses for timely and accurate follow-up. Identifies non-compliant customer contracts, negotiations, or interactions and escalates them to the appropriate party for resolution. Manages administrative tasks related to customer contracts, including novations, price increases, renewals, amendments, and customer rights documentation. Handles other customer contract-related issues as assigned by Legal Counsel. Qualifications Portuguese fluency with a good command of English and Spanish to work with a global team; Short experience working on negotiating contracts; Short experience with legal documents and contract reviews. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (Brasília time zone) in a hybrid format, with two days on site.
