" Interviews business partners for business requirements definition " Facilitates prioritization discussions with business for incidents & small enhancements " Translates business requirements into a set of structured business process, technology and organization specifications " Performs system analysis and triaging of issues " Undertakes system configuration, data analysis and mapping " Performs system maintenance activities, ensuring change requests and small enhancements are processed " Participates in solution designs " Creates test scripts, tests and ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables " Keeps the system design documentation & application support manuals up to date " Participates in the project team, when relevant, and provides deliverables according to the time, cost, and quality criteria " Helps coordinate delivery of small to medium size operational efforts " Creates transition to support plans as part of solution delivery " Coaches less experienced team members
