The Marketing Specialist role requires a Bachelors degree in marketing and proficiency in English. Candidates should have B2B marketing experience and a strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital trends, and analytics. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing campaigns, and analyzing effectiveness. Collaboration with global teams is essential. On site position - São Caetano do Sul - SP. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our regional objectives and target audience. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. Lead and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital social media (LinkedIn). Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and leads generation process to adjust in optimizing results. Analyze market trends and insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement for each country. Support the PR agency by developing a strategic communication plan for the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal (Global) team. Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing required. Proficiency in English Language: speaking and writing. Experience in a marketing role, preferably in services B2B. Understanding of marketing principles, brand management, services trends, and the digital landscape. Data-driven decision-maker with a deep understanding of performance metrics. Strong knowledge of lead generation management, best practices, email marketing automation, and analytics tools. Advanced analytical, statistical analysis, organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, results- and detail-oriented. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of encouraging strong working relationships. Excellent organization and project management skills. Proficiency in prospection tools and platforms such as Brand Watch, Jira, Salesforce, Pardot (Optional).
