What you'll do: Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for technology and corporate positions both in Brazil and internationally, ensuring a high-quality selection process. " Responsible for gathering and defining the profile requirements, as well as the recruiting strategy with focus on both candidate's and Hiring Manager's experience. Responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates for our open roles. Keeping Hiring Managers on the loop about market trends, recruitment strategies and pipeline's status. G eneration of internal reports for the different stakeholders of the process through Workday, Excel or PowerBI. Who you are: +3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on technology and/or corporate roles. Fluent/Native in Portuguese. Advanced or Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Understanding of market mapping, salary research, and trend analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers across various levels and cultures. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. High-volume and/or international recruitment experience is a plus. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
