As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to build promote and maintain the brand's presence in the market. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency drive growth and enhance brand equity. Your role will involve market analysis brand positioning campaign development and monitoring brand performance metrics. Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience insights. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends competitive landscapes and opportunities for brand growth. Brand Positioning: Define and refine the brand's positioning to differentiate it from competitors and resonate with target consumers. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media traditional advertising and events. Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging visuals and content that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience. Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints. Product Launches: Coordinate product launches and rebranding initiatives ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product development sales and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics including market share brand awareness and consumer sentiment to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Budget Management: Manage brand marketing budgets effectively allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve brand objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate brand strategies initiatives and performance updates to internal stakeholders and senior management. Brand Advocacy: Foster brand advocacy among employees customers and external partners to strengthen brand loyalty and reputation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing business administration or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a brand manager or similar role preferably in the consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques including market research branding and campaign development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions. Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a passion for building and growing brands. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Google Analytics). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and business priorities. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and talent development.
