leading Personal care FMCG company and looking for a Brand Manager to manage one
of their main brands. Below is a summery of the Job description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to develop and execute
effective branding strategies that will elevate the company's profile and drive
growth. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for our brand with a
deep understanding of market trends consumer behavior and competitive landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business
objectives and enhance brand equity.
Conduct market research to identify consumer insights market trends and competitor
activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all
marketing channels and touchpoints.
Oversee the creation of compelling brand assets including logos packaging
advertising campaigns and digital content.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics adjusting strategies as needed to
optimize results.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams
external agencies and industry partners.
Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic
decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA
preferred.
Proven experience in brand management with a track record of successfully
launching and growing brands in competitive markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify insights and
make datadriven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and
collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for innovation and
continuous improvement.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools digital marketing platforms and project
management software.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think longterm while executing tactically
to achieve shortterm goals.
