Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales and business development: Drive sales of our photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems and microinverters in Europe and achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth. 2. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up to date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction. 4.Team Leadership and Training: Supervise and coach a team of in-country sales professionals to ensure they have the outstanding skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of the company. 5. Sales system construction: Establish and optimize the sales structure to support efficient and stable sales. 6. Collaboration and reporting: Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management. job requirements: 1. Sales expertise: Have at least 5 years of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems, and have a deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models. 2. Leadership and Management: Effectively manage local teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals. 3. Strategic planning: Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. 4. Bachelor degree or above, and both Chinese and English can be used as working languages; 5. Have deep channel management experience and marketing resources;
