Position Budget and Operations Supervisor Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for: Develop and monitor Marketing budget performance, analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and risks for areas improvement; Take part in strategic planning, business intelligence assessments for decision-making processes to contribute to overall company growth; Supervise and develop Marketing business processes in compliance with company policies, procedures, as well as regulatory requirements; Provide accurate and insightful marketing financial analysis; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product and finance to ensure alignment with mobile marketing campaigns; Maintain strong relationships with existing stakeholders, develop reports, monitor KPIs to support strategic decisions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related fields; Solid experience with budget control, business intelligence or operations role; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively; Proven track record of leading budget operations and business intelligence assessments for strategic decisions; Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Previous experience with SAP; English Level: Minimum - > Advanced.
