Sobre a vaga

Purpose of the department: Provide decision making support on financial and business topics, make long term business plans including target and next year budgets, report progress against targets and propose alternatives in case of deviations from targets. Purpose of the job: Providing structural and ad hoc management information and analysis of variation against targets, including monthly reports, incl. forecasts to the board, all in relation to CMM-OceanXpress, the JV project in Brazil and other projects OceanXpress may be involved in in the future. 1. Business Partner role: Advises and supports the assigned Board of CMM-OceanXpress and decision makers by being a sparring partner and giving the financial and business information, data & analyses, specializing in multiple scopes of work (e.g. sales funnel, maintenance costs, CAPEX, banking, etc.). Actively developing opportunities & improvements and screening these on added (shareholder) value. Required is to give solicited as well as unsolicited advice to relevant stakeholders based on financial parameters. Propose alternative ways of action in case of deviations from target. 2. Long term plan incl. budgeting methods & procedures: Develop and coordinate the long term plan(s) for the business (unit) including the budgeting methods and procedures; compiling, monitoring and analyzing a consolidated annual budget plan; Monitor the actual performance against the budget, identify and analyze the differences. Propose alternative ways of actions. Managing the budget of the organization, income and expenditure analysis by product or product line. This also means preparation of budgets and performance reports for senior management. 3. Projects: Active involvement and participation in high impact projects. Leading multi-disciplinary projects can be required based on the content of the projects. Participate in projects that are relevant to the Finance Department and Ampelmann in general; (e.g. cost awareness, value monitoring, companywide dashboard, ERP, pricing study). 4. Economics: Responsible for the economics of proposals/business cases brought forward by the business. By means of judgement based on financial & commercial tangibility, risk analysis/mitigation and feasibility. Always by keeping added shareholder value in mind. 5. Stakeholder management Stakeholder management: Liaising with Board-members, managers, project managers and other relevant parties to again alignment in business goals and results. Resulting in a positive working relationships and being focal point for these parties. " Advanced skills & knowledge with Excel " Financial background / education " Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PPT etc.) " Experience with ERP-systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 " Self-starter, initiates business and process improvements " In depth knowledge of Brazilian GAAP and fiscal regulations " Portuguese speaker at native-speaker level. Excellent in English, more than 5 years working experience with a Master or Bachelors degree.
