Key Responsibilities: Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, engage, and secure agreements with online casino platforms, aggregators, and relevant industry stakeholders. Negotiation and Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring mutually beneficial long-term collaborations. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage partnership agreements, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies. Performance Analysis: Regularly assess the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics, and taking proactive steps to optimize results. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align partner activities with company objectives. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities, both locally and internationally, to broaden Stargaze's reach. Your Hard Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus. Proven experience in partnership or business development roles within the iGaming or casino industry. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
