As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the
organizational growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying new
business opportunities building and nurturing relationships with potential clients
and developing innovative strategies to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking
and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients understanding
their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company
objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative products and services
that meet market demands.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to
identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to
promote our brand and expand our network.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. MBA
preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development sales or related roles in
the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles marketing techniques and negotiation
strategies.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically analyze market trends and develop actionable
insights.
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for driving growth and exceeding
targets.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing
priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
