The Opportunity
'The Business Operations function is responsible for a wide range of activities
and duties related to the smooth and on-target execution of FICOs fiscal
operating plan. These include annual and quarterly sales planning and strategy;
weekly sales execution management; commission management; pipeline management;
revenue, booking and expense forecasting; quota setting; fiscal planning; partner
operations; service management to processors, partners and end-user clients.' -

What youll contribute:
Be part of a diverse operations team, supporting the Operations Director and the
VP - Region Sales Executive in all business operation related activities.
Take direction from the Director - Business Operations to lead, manage and take on
full ownership and responsibility for the entire operational, and tactical actions
related to GFS Region.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and
areas for improvement.
Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting to ensure
accurate and achievable targets.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other departments to align efforts and
support overall business objectives.
Optimize sales tools and technology platforms to enhance productivity, efficiency,
and effectiveness.
Establish and maintain sales KPIs and dashboards to track performance and measure
success.
Identify and implement best practices in sales operations to improve overall
effectiveness and efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams,
peers and correspondent areas.
Monitoring revenue movements and provide appropriate and timely information to the
appropriate Operations and Sales to help them on taking actions and decisions on
revenue protection and growth.
Provide operational support of Salesforce and other tools.
Validate and review territory plans with sales teams and the FICO account teams.
Creation and/or present ad hoc reports, analysis and presentations and supporting
materials required by management .
What Were Seeking:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA
preferred.
Fluency in English is required, Spanish and Portuguese fluency is nice to have.
Proven experience in sales operations roles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to support leaders
in making decisions.
Excellent organization and administration skills with exemplary attention to
detail.
Good critical thinking skills and logical thinking while also having the ability
to see the big picture.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously; strong prioritization
skills; ability to meet deadlines.
Collaborative style:
teams well with others to solve problems and achieve goals.
A positive can-do attitude and professional demeanor.
Effective communication skills and experience working successfully in a global,
highly matrixed business environment.
Advanced written, oral, and social skills for daily written and verbal
communication with the Leadership Team of the business, including the Regional
Sales Leader.
Deep experience of Excel, including macro writing, pivot tables, data analysis and
presentation.
Strong understanding of PowerPoint and working knowledge of the rest of the
Microsoft Office suite.
