Business Operations Manager | Caribbean:
As a Business Operations Manager for Wyndham Destinations this person will be
responsible for daily operations, initiatives, and process improvements. Their
team is responsible for delivering quality support for our guests, Sales and
Marketing teams, and other key business partners. This person is responsible for
the implementation and adherence to operational processes and procedures,
protection of company assets and deployments of new initiatives. Acting as a
liaison to business partners, this person is responsible for cultivating new
relationships to move the business forward. As a manager, this individual is
responsible for the development and progression of Wyndham Destinations associates
on and off their team. As part of the Business Operations family, this individual
helps support the steps to put the world on vacation and make memories of a
lifetime!
You will be responsible to:
Deliver customer service that goes above and beyond expectations when interacting
with business partners and our guests
Identify areas of opportunity, leverage your resources, and deploy solutions or
new processes
Expertly protect sensitive data and company assets
Prioritize actions needed to support Sales and Marketing leadership needs,
functioning in a fast-paced environment
Build and nurture relationships across many departments and act as a consultant in
areas to drive goals forward
Evolve your team through development and teambuilding to drive high engagement
Design and execute daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting to meet budgeted
goals or make business decisions
Recognize and understand roadblocks and develop alternative solutions as necessary
Guide your team members to build their personal brands and demonstrate how they
can successfully leverage their resources
You will partner with:
On site leadership teams Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Resort
Operations

External vendors
Regional and corporate-based business partners
Requirements:
3 + years business experience
Availability to support business needs throughout weekends and holidays
Experience leading a team responsible for results in a fast-paced environment
A leader who is development focused and will support all team members in moving
forward on or off their team
A risk-taker who embraces change to evolve operations
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
You must be personally accountable for all outcomes good and bad - with a keen
ability to recognize your mistakes and share them openly.
