Supporting the entire Americas Commercial Organization, you will define and
improve commercial processes, by developing workshops and training to drive usage,
discipline and optimization of our CRM (Salesforce)
Responsibilities:
· Monitor and improve commercial processes:
measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review
and optimize processes, deploy new process effectively thanks to strong
communication and change management skills
· Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to
Salesforce adoption (monthly trainings, new joiner playbook, best practices, etc)
· Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to Salesforce productivity:
· Territory management
· Sales process optimization
· Sales CRM training
· Develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency by fostering
an organization of continuous process improvement for our sales teams
· Work cross-functionally/cross-regionally with the Process Excellence and IIT
Team to continuously improve Salesforce usage to optimize customer centricity,
enhance functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputs
· Incorporate feature requests or new tools into product roadmap based on
leadership / end user business needs in order to optimize Sales processes
· Nurture long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement,
track and report key metrics to drive performance while gathering feedback
· Participate in the animation of a Sales Effectiveness community to ensure
alignment, brainstorming and knowledge sharing across regions
Who You Are:
· 2-4 years of work experience in Sales Operations/CRM/Data Analytics or
Consulting/Financial planning with increasing responsibilities
· Strong presentation skills required, fluent in English
· Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering
· Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with
stakeholders
· Ability to translate data into business insights & recommendation
· Analytical, highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic
· Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment
· Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills/Expertise essential
· Experience in Salesforce is a plus
