Based on the reporting team, this role is accountable for the execution of all tasks particularly related to audit plan generation, collection instruction configurations and maintenance, resources & assets control. Responsibilities: Lead the alignments and conversation with other functional teams and other business units, that all inputs and processes are received and executed respectively according to timelines Communicates when issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and give follow up to them by raising tickets until solution is applied. Responsible for audit plan generation for different services, searching for the most efficient routes for the auditors. Analyzes and tracking the auditor plans to make recommendations for improvement and efficiencies as well as execution of forecasting plans for future needs or improvements Generate KPI´s and follow support to ensure the compliances of action plans Complies with security levels and data protection protocols. Assign certifications to Auditors with input from and certify supervisors Creates/Maintains Work Orders which contain the (internal/external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured Qualifications About You Do you have skills to monitor processes and create improvement plans? be part of this team, and develop more skills, monitor KPI'S and automate processes. Requirements College or University degree, preferably in Industrial, Administration. +1 year of experience Advanced Excel Advanced English Intermediate- Advanced Portuguese (Desirable) Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
