There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.Job Description Responsibilities: Define and control production process including chemical and mechanical cleaning, stripping and process validation and control; Executes routine process evaluation using statistical tools; Works together with shop floor people providing technical orientation and formal training on chemical process; Be responsible to introduce new chemical processes, equipment definition and specification. Support engineering team on New Product Introduction. Works as Special Process Owner of different chemical processes; Works with minimum supervision. Delivers actions on time and with high degree of quality. Qualifications : Chemical Engineering degree from an accredited university or college. Experience in Manufacturing environment. Characteristics : Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Portuguese). Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
