Symplicity Brasil is looking for a Client Manager to join our team! Symplicity's Client Manager (CM) team members are responsible for client relationships and managing the client base, striving for success by building relationships with individuals to better meet their needs. They must direct institutions to better use our solutions to deliver increasingly more value to their students and partner companies, solving problems, resolving usability doubts, interacting with technical support and identifying upsell opportunities. You will be responsible for clients both in Brazil and in other Latin American countries. This professional needs to have an advanced level of Spanish to communicate with Hispanic-speaking clients in Latin America and sufficient English to communicate with Symplicity's international team. What does it take to be part of our team ? Knowledge and interest in information systems  Integration, Usability, Configuration...; Holistic and systemic view of the business to generate better results for the client using technology; Contract management and renegotiation of contracts; Advanced Spanish for collaboration with our teams and customer service in Latin America; Intermediate English with a good conversational level for interacting with international teams. What is the profile of the person we are looking for? Great interpersonal relationships and a people person; Self-management of your routine and the results achieved; Strong oral/written communication; Problem-solving ability; Initiative to proactively seek solutions. And what will be a differentiator? Experience in the education sector, specifically in higher education. What will your daily work be like? Interact with customers regularly presenting the best practices for configuring our solutions, understanding their needs, resolving doubts and presenting new uses; Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and stay up to date with ongoing product launches; Conduct training sessions on the basic functionality of the product, including, among others, the system overview, tools and/or advanced modules; Responsible for being the main contact for new customers throughout the integration; Provide excellent customer service in all interactions; Create and execute action plans and guide the client in their implementation to direct the client's evolution; Monitor and direct contract renewals with customers.
