Meet frequently and establish regular communication with key customers and their partners; Prepare technical presentations for meetings; Collect and validate Information Security, Compliance, and Risk Management requirements; Perform vulnerability and incident management and monitor the support of key customers; Develop a relationship of trust with customers, partners, and others involved; Promote the success of customers and their partners in the use of the company's products and services; Establish a long-term relationship with customers and their partners, in addition to periodically managing their expectations and satisfaction; Interact regularly with internal teams, mainly in the Product and Engineering areas; Study and deeply understand Cloud Security and Tenchi's solutions to promote the management of security risks for customers and their partners; Ensure high ethical standards in all relationships with customers and partners. What do you need to know? Bachelor in Technology or Information Security; Previous experience as a consultant, with a focus on providing services to clients on an ongoing basis; Communicate technical concepts to different audiences; Have good communication skills, both oral and written; Understand the Cybersecurity market (Technologies, Processes, Governance, IT, Information Security, and Risk management); Strong skills with monitoring tools, network security, and vulnerability risk assessment; Knowledge of SOC, SIEM; Basic knowledge of Cloud services, solutions, and architecture; Strong knowledge of third-party risk management (TPRM) best practices; Advanced English. Great if you have: Knowledge and or experience of the concepts of network protection architectures (Firewall, CDNs, IPS, IDS, Traffic Monitor); Experience with Cloud Security and information security tools (CSPM, CWPP, security scoring, GRC, vulnerability scanning); Knowledge of PCI DSS, LGPD, CIS, and NIST.
