Ensures growth of EUM & technology through Innovation in line with market requirements and business strategy. Carry out competitor & product awareness analysis. Develop innovative solutions to help grow customer and Kerrys market within cost parameters, manufacturing capability whilst ensuring all new products are legal within country of use. Managing projects/briefs as allocated ensuring deadlines are met. Provide our customers with the best available products through developing an understanding the market, manufacturing capabilities, ingredient restrictions etc. Work with Supply Chain and other in Barueri to ensure new products are commercialized effectively. Ensure lab equipment is in good working order and fit for purpose. Supervisory responsibility and ownership of personal development for lab technician(s). Support customers technical & applications via phone/email or in person when needed. Support the sales team when assistance with technical support is needed. Assist with production issues and procurement of new raw materials as necessary to support our film coating business.
