Airswift is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to work on a permanent contract
with a major Oil & Gas Company in Guarujá.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the governance of the project's manufacturing activities and initiatives in
organizational, financial, technological and contractual terms, guaranteeing
compliance with the established objectives;
Plan, coordinate and control the execution of project manufacturing in accordance
with Customer requirements, within time and cost constraints, coordinating with
other Project disciplines and Saipem functions as required and in compliance with
HSE and Quality procedures;
Implement the necessary manufacturing management tools to effectively organize and
monitor the manufacturing schedule, critical paths and productivity indicators;
Achieve the assigned budget objectives, ensuring compliance with Saipem procedures
and practices;
Ensure coordination between disciplines and project stakeholders to prepare the
initial mobilization and organization of the project, and then follow up and
coordinate activities on site;
Reports operationally directly to the Project Manager;
Ensuring the implementation of the MOC (Management of Change) process;
Responsible for contributing to project lessons learned and responsible for
consolidating manufacturing specifics;
Assisting the project management team in compiling the technical closure of the
project for the manufacturing scope.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of pipe welding and/or manufacturing Subesea equipment (desirable);
Knowledge of welding qualification processes;
Project management (issuing documentation, procurement, qualification, execution
and delivery);
Management of subcontractors;
Lean manufacturing (desirable);
People management;
MS Project (minimum intermediate level);
MS Office;
Reading technical drawings (Autocad);
Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering;
Advanced English.
