Focus in the customer: Facing Clients, training people outside of PPG, helping Commercial team to win Projects, attending formally specialized conventions & shows. Preparing technical documents, Tracking complains, shortage of raw materials, participating in Cost reduction tasks, Supporting manufacturing and supply chain. Requieres: Bachelor´s degree in Chemical Engineering or similar. Able to speak understandable English besides its native language. Soft skills: Excellent vertical and horizontal communication. Outstanding commitment in its responsibilities and tasks. Focused in customers. Excellent teambuilding. Very good Tracking and Solution of conflicts. Know market place competitors, key players . Able to move inside and outside its own country. Requisitos e qualificações: Clear technical understanding of chemistries, products, and projects they support. Contributes to innovative technical solutions to challenging problems. Successful completion of multiple meaningful, projects which bring value to the PPG portfolio. Demonstrates detailed knowledge of polymer and crosslinking chemistries. Considered product line expert , including application and evaluation. Proven ability to use fundamental principles to solve problems and identify root causes. A technical resource for others outside of their project area. Including End Customers and Distributors. Demonstrates the ability to lead multiple projects, may lead a project team, and or directly supervise work of contractors and technicians. Able to communicate at all levels and to motivate peers and associates in cooperative efforts. Promotes teamwork and resolves conflicts between team members.
