Job Description
Assist in the implementation of internal hygiene and food handling procedures
through the
Good Practice Manual, along with the Chief Cooks.
Carry out the pre-preparation and preparation of the menu items, according to the
Coordination and Chef's instructions.
Assist in guiding the activities carried out by the general helpers and half
restaurant officers.
Participate in the final tasting of the dishes along with the Chefs and
Coordination Chefs.
Inform the Chef and / or Coordination of any non-conformities related to the operation, such as:
preparation and cooking of food, cleaning, maintenance and / or repairs of
equipment, safety aspects, among others.
Participate in the preparation of the monthly menu.
Assist in the creation of new recipes and / or adaptations, when necessary.

Mandatório:
Experiência na função em cozinhas industriais;
Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver a
necessidade;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Gravataí;
Ensino fundamental completo.
Desejável:
Cursos na área gastronômica;
Boas práticas de alimentação (higiene e manipulação).
Importante:
