Plan and organize daily customer visit activities; analyzing the needs of each
account, seeking to reach quotas.
Keep up to date with pricing, stock and promotion policies to provide yourself
with information that will support you in negotiations.
Monitor changes and launches of new products in order to understand all the
characteristics and benefits of each product.
Monitor the competition's strategies and promotions, reporting to management.
Good execution of the 5Ps in medium and large customers served by the distributor.
Implement quarterly plans at Top Retailers, innovating actions that guarantee
volume, correct assortment and visibility.
Develop actions aimed at increasing the numerical distribution and volume of focus
products.
Training and coaching of distributor and wholesale sales teams.
Periodically report customer results via reports and presentations.
Control of customers' current accounts.
Basic requirements include:
Bachelors Degree
Progressive experience in the commercial area
Basic English
Office/Google Suite
