Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Customer Experience and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and expanding our outreach efforts. Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Address user queries and concerns through various communication channels (email, chat, social media). Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues, fostering a positive and supportive user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer support processes. Craft engaging and informative messages for users and influencers, maintaining a consistent brand voice. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with overall brand and campaign strategies. Outreach and Influencer Engagement: Plan and execute messaging-based campaigns to enhance user engagement and brand visibility. Identify and connect with influencers in the industry to promote our products/services. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to maximize outreach and brand advocacy. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze customer interactions and outreach campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement. Monitor user feedback and adjust outreach strategies accordingly. Requirements: Experience in customer support or a related field. Strong communication skills in English in both written and verbal formats. Familiarity with influencer outreach strategies and social media platforms. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities. Proficient in basic analytics tools and reporting. Should be open for frequent communications with the team. Remote work experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience in executing messaging-based campaigns. Knowledge of customer support tools and platforms. Familiarity with influencer marketing trends. Compensation- 200-500 USD
