Key Responsibilities:
Work in customer service; E2E process (from the receipt/entry of orders in the SAP
system, to the delivery to the customer)Monitor service orders to ensure all
stages of the process, thus making delivery effective;Control of Nonconformities
and follow-up to close corrective actions;Interfaces with the commercial area for
improvement projects and new projects with customers.Serve customers with a strong
need for data analysis and process management.Participation in Global Projects for
the Customer Service areaRequirements:Bachelor s degree in Business or related
areas;Advanced English;Strategic thinking with analytical skills and good
communication skills;Pro-active profile;Knowledge on systems (SAP, PowerBI).
