We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Customer
Strategy department.
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help us
support and analyze our operations across 1,200+ customers, including a wide range
of sizes and verticals. You will interface with leadership and individual
contributors on our Customer Strategy team.
REQUIREMENTS:
years with operations experience (Customer Strategy focus preferred)
experience (Salesforce) preferred
Office proficiency

WHO YOU ARE:
This is a mid-level position; the ideal candidate is looking to continue their
career in operations or the digital marketing/ecommerce industry.

stakeholders of different levels
and capable of juggling many tasks with varying time sensitive due dates
to adapt when new processes are created or updated

WHAT YOULL DO:
As a Customer Operations Specialist on our Customer Strategy team, you will:
the Customer Journey process by monitoring accounts progress from stage to stage
and communicating with the respective CS teams working on the accounts.
meeting times with stakeholders to discuss accounts at prescribed intervals
the agenda and communicate to stakeholders prior to scheduled customer
journey-related meetings
and organize account-level information for presentation during customer
journey-related meetings
CRM records reflecting details discussed in meetings and next steps
up with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation of tasks
