This provides farmers with essential data to make optimal and sustainable cultivation decisions boosting yield crop quality and soil health while saving money on inputs. Stenon has closed a $20 million Series A funding round and is expanding internationally. THE POSITION We are looking for a talented business support specialist to support our customer success marketing and sales departments. In this role you will cultivate strong customer relationships troubleshoot problems drive swift resolutions and help us achieve sales targets. Reporting directly to our Customer Success Manager youll play a pivotal role in meeting objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction. The location requirement is Piracicaba Sao Paulo as this is an onsite role. Tasks You will Marketing: Providing translation services for marketing materials reports and presentations Proofreading marketing materials for accuracy and clarity Managing social media responses and engagement Handling the production and logistics of marketing materials in BRA Creating email templates for marketing and customer service purposes Customer Success: Assisting in the onboarding process for new customers Responding to all new queries through email WhatsApp and phone Troubleshooting issues by submitting cases on the Slack channel and recording them on Salesforce Proactively supporting customers by conducting error ratio checks calling them for feedback and addressing any issues they may be experiencing Collaborating closely with the CS and Sales teams to resolve any related problems Sales: Providing support to the sales team by addressing any queries they may have Entering data on Salesforce including comments and feedback and ensuring that all information is kept uptodate and organised Coordinating daily activities within the sales department Help with lead qualification Pre and postsale support Office: Accepting deliveries Arranging promotional merchandise Requirements YOU HAVE Very good level of English and excellent Portuguese Being based in Sao Paulo (Piracicaba) 2 years of experience in effectively communicating with customers A high school diploma or equivalent Computer literacy IT skills and typing skills Fast learning ability and wellorganised The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus Problemsolving skills taking a proactive approach and maintaining a cando attitude Agriculture experience and Salesforce or any other CRM knowledge are a plus Benefits Permanent fulltime position with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) A role within a highly productive and supportive team full of dedicated hardworking professionals The possibility to work from home sometimes depending on business needs and availability Health insurance and other statutory benefits WHY US At Stenon we empower farmers to make informed decisions for sustainable agriculture.
