This position is mandatory for applicants who are fluent in English. The daily routine of the Customer Support position is to anticipate problems, it is one of the most important functions in our organization, it is what guarantees that we will receive good marks in our evaluations. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the guest has their reservation confirmed, that the apartment is ready and that, if something happens during their stay, there is timely support to minimize the impact on the trip.
