Responsibilities
1. Assist the Chinese HR manager in Brazil to build an overseas HR system,
formulate overseas HR management policies and system norms, and ensure the
implementation of the group's policies and systems
2. Assist the Chinese HR manager in Brazil to build the Brazilian HR team
3. Assist the Chinese HR Manager in Brazil to formulate and continuously optimize
the salary and benefits plan in Brazil according to the business divisions and the
company's strategyassist in the localization and implementation of the company's
remuneration and benefits and performance appraisal system
4. Coordinate and lead the work of employee relations, coordinate, guide and
supervise the implementation of employee relations-related work, and deal with
employee complaints, labor disputes and arbitration
5. Communicate, negotiate with the trade union on behalf of the company
6. Responsible for the construction, process sorting and operation of the HR
shared service center of the Brazilian factory
7. According to the company's business development, assist the Chinese HR manager
in Brazil to formulate and improve the training plan and program
8. Assist the Chinese HR manager in Brazil to sort out the whole process of talent
recruitment in Brazil, as well as laws and regulations
9. Assist the Chinese HR manager in Brazil to organize resources and provide HR
support for the company's various business units to carry out business in Brazil
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in large Chinese multinational enterprises
is preferred
2.5-10 years of experience as HR manager in manufacturing industry;
3.Fluent in English and Portuguese, Mandarin is a plus;
4.cross-cultural communication skills, organizational and coordination skills;
5.Familiar with Brazilian regional laws and regulations, and have living and
working experience in Brazil.
