Job Title:
Digital Analyst

Advaana Inc is seeking a motivated and highly-skilled Digital Analyst to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding, measuring,
tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators related to our digital
marketing efforts. Your deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager,
Looker, and other BI Tools will help us optimize our strategies to drive
performance.
Responsibilities
* Utilize Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker to analyze website
data and provide actionable insights to improve online customer journey,
conversion, and overall site performance.
* Set up and manage conversion tracking and ecommerce tracking across multiple
platforms and clients.
* Partner closely with digital advertising teams to align on key performance
indicators and measurement methodologies.
* Conduct regular reporting on digital performance, including analysis of traffic
patterns, conversion rates, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
* Develop dashboards and automated reports to provide insights at scale, working
across diverse functions and departments.
* Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain analytics
infrastructure.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Information Systems or a
related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role. Previous
experience with a digital advertising agency is preferred.
* Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, or similar
business intelligence tools.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and a broad knowledge of new
trends and technologies in the industry.
* Exceptional skills in analyzing and interpreting complex digital performance
data and making data-driven recommendations.
* Demonstrated experience in setting up ecommerce tracking and conversion
tracking.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
effectively present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
* Attention to detail, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and
time-management skills.
