**Our Opportunity:**
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.
To apply for this position, you need to meet the following requirements:
Advanced or fluent English
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reports
Experience in Team Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, or Contact Centers
Experience with reporting, data reading, and interpretation
Results-oriented mindset for improving sales performance
Excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with management projects
Your main activities will include:
- Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone,
chat, and email daily, identifying sales opportunities, and providing these
businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
- Improving the clients experience by driving optimal and appropriate product
adoption.
- Managing a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for
growing revenue when applicable.
- Providing pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products within scope
and area of knowledge.
- Becoming an expert on all client's Advertising solutions.
- Identifying trends and solving problems.
- Providing vital product insights & feedback from their own experience using the
client's Products and sharing the feedback from the client's Advertisers.
- Producing success stories from advertisers who have had success in growing their
business by using the client's products.
- Using a variety of tools to properly communicate and drive Advertisers business
to success.
