Ensure that products are at the ideal execution standard, with the correct portfolio and pricing, and in accordance with the merchandising standards defined in the execution manual, ensuring uniformity and alignment with the priorities for each Category. " Monitor KPIs, as well as suggest improvements; " Develop and update market segmentation; " Create and develop the trade marketing area, focusing on channel strategy; " Responsible for executing the annual activation plan; " Monitor Performance Indicators such as sell out, positive results, mix and monitoring of launch reports, among others; " Lead performance analyzes with structural advances in Channels by analyzing internal and external customer data (have control of activities with pre and post evaluation together with the Commercial Team and Trade Category); " Lead the coordination of actions and trade calendar with the sales team " Investment and Budget Management (execution, planning and process); " Will play a fundamental role in building JBP and monitoring support with customers and stakeholders. Education & Experience Recommended " Four-year or Graduate Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
