Arnold Ash Group have been retained by a Global Tier 1 B2B Supplier in the iGaming
& Sports Betting industry in their search for a Sales Director to lead their
growth in the Brazilian iGaming market. The role will be focused on generating new
business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships as well as overseeing
the launch and on-going management of clients in the market.
Our client is an established global powerhouse who are in a period of exponential
growth and investment in online. They are looking for a hands-on Sales leader to
drive their Brazilian market growth with autonomy, collaborating with the wider
executive team to drive growth in the emerging region. Responsible for Market
Development (market research, identifying market opportunities, market strategy),
Client Acquisition (end-to-end sales, negotiation and onboarding), Account
Management (manage, develop and expand client relations) and Performance
Management (data analysis, future strategy, mentoring and team development).
The role requires somebody with iGaming experience and who is based, or is willing
to be based, in Brazil. Whilst the position will have the opportunity to leverage
existing and hire new headcount, our client requires a hand-on commercial leader
who is happy to 'lead from the front'.
