We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support email operations and email strategy execution. Candidates must be familiar with email marketing best practices, performance metrics, and have at least two years of email experience working with Marketo. The ideal candidate should also be practiced in the end-to-end email QA process, including email client/device testing, campaign review, etc. This role will report to the Senior Email Marketing Manager, and will sit within the Marketing team. The salary ranges from 1,000 USD to 1,600 USD per month , depending on the candidates experience and seniority. Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote. It is a Part-time position. ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Senior Email Marketing Manager and members of the Marketing team to build, QA, and deploy campaigns Build new emails in Marketo and/or Hubspot Test emails across multiple browsers and identifying any issues using Litmus Troubleshoot HTML and revise code when necessary to integrate with internal tools and render properly across multiple email clients, browsers, and mobile devices Proactively research and develop code to resolve any QA issues Conduct QA reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deployments Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion Monitor campaign analytics to identify trends, opportunities or potential issues Requirements: Professional English Level, you are able to communicate and write professionally in English Minimum 2-4 years of experience building/deploying email campaigns via Marketo Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in email building/quality assurance Basic understanding of HTML (ideally also CSS) and ability to fix basic issue Strong understanding of email performance metrics and benchmarks Knowledge of email development best practices Strong grasp of and experience with multiple types of email campaigns (Nurture, Operational, etc.) and their differences / uses Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Excellent time management, and organizational skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Ideal Candidate Will Also Have Start-up-type operational experience: ability to creatively construct/design campaigns and experiments within a complex business model Experience with both Marketo and Hubspot Experience migrating across tools Experience with performance analytics
