Partner with the best Our Especialista em Suporte Técnico is responsible for post-Sales support of customer issue. This can include operational tests (both returns and field), technical support, field service or other service request. As an Especialista em Suporte Técnico, you will be responsible for: · Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. · Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information. · Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed. · Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. To be successful in this role you will: Have bachelors degree; Experience in Artificial Lift or related activities; Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills; Show ability to influence others and lead small teams; Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; Demonstrate lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact; Have basic English and fluent/native in Portuguese; Demonstrate effective problem identification and solution skills.
