Responsabilidades: Suporte no preenchimento de declarações para envio ao cliente; Acompanhamento de processos de cotações; Suporte nos processos de assinatura eletrônica; Cadastro de clientes no CRM; Suporte ao time de vendas; Realização de rotinas administrativas relacionadas ao atendimento ao cliente e atualização e controle de documentos internos. Requisitos: Desejável cursar ensino superior nas áreas de Administração, Contabilidade, Finanças ou correlatas; Inglês básico; Desejável espanhol; Experiência de trabalho em equipe para atingir objetivos comuns; Comunicador eficaz, escrita e verbal; Desejável conhecimento em ERP / CRM; Domínio pacote Office; Postura proativa; Ótimo trabalho em equipe; Orientado a resultados; Habilidade para lidar com problemas até a sua conclusão e compreender seus impactos; Atitude positiva e responsável.
