Sobre a vaga
Responsibilities:
Prospect sales and business partnerships for leisure and corporate segments, as
well as supporting actions and events, focusing on maximizing the sales results of
the Plaza Premium Group portfolio at RIOgaleão Airport.
Study the market, identifying potential B2B clients working individually or group
of passengers, prospecting for new business opportunities through face-to-face
meetings, events and / or distance contacts.
Promote the dissemination of Plaza Premium Lounge through periodic visits and
trainings, planning strategic actions for brand awareness and expansion. Make
product sales and / or refer potential customers to sales teams.
Permanently monitor business partner productivity by proposing new specific
campaign actions to increase each partner's bottom line.
Transmit to Plaza Premium Lounge business areas information about local
competitions, customer reactions to products or services, and new business
opportunities in the region.
Define a logical and rational visit itinerary to maximize time and logistic.
Prepare and present demonstrative reports as required.
Requirements:
University Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or Sales.
Minimum 5 years of Sales previous experience from sizable firms or multinational
companies.
Experience in hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage industries is an advantage.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS office Package, (Word, Excel, PPT,
Internet);
Advanced command of written & spoken English
Dynamism, pro-activity skills.
Great interpersonal relationships complement the profile of this professional.
Well-connected in local market, strong know-how to get around in order to achieve
company goals.
