Vaga de Facilities Manager

Act as a primary point of escalations for the local client across the assigned region (Brazil sites) Develop and manage Facility operating budgets for the assigned portfolio, proactively track variances and manage within target of agreed budgets, identifying efficiencies and savings where possible. Ensure vendors meet service delivery standards, document and managing scope changes and instances of poor performance Adhere to preventative maintenance to ensure reliability of systems while driving consistency across the portfolio Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity Support account wide initiatives such as compliance reviews, audits, training programs and other initiatives as appropriate, through driving implementation at a regional portfolio level Be accountable for the delivery of moves, adds, and changes as well as support associated client-projects of FF&E procurement and capital projects Deliver portfolio management reports as required under the agreement with the client and as requested Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for your portfolio. University degree, preferably in Engineering/Architecture Advanced English and/or Spanish Solid experience in facilities leadership Desirable experience in technology companies
